Report Europeo di EDIFY_EDU

Il report europeo EDIFY EDU fornisce una panoramica della storia e dell’evoluzione dell’istruzione universitaria in gestione aziendale, rintracciando le sue radici nella teoria classica del management e nella gestione scientifica, con un focus specifico su Irlanda, Finlandia, Germania, Grecia e Italia. Analizza inoltre l’EDI – Equality, diversity and inclusion in education, (Uguaglianza, diversità e inclusione nell’istruzione) – nel curriculum e i suoi effetti sul mercato del lavoro e sul genere. Nonostante la globalizzazione e i progressi nel modo di fare impresa, la formazione universitaria in gestione aziendale continua a perpetuare la segregazione del mercato del lavoro e la discriminazione basata sul genere e su altre intersezionalità. Le donne continuano a incontrare ostacoli significativi nell’occupazione, in particolare nei ruoli di leadership.

In order to validate and disseminate the EDIFY EDU European Report, the project partners gathered in Finland, at the Aalto University, on the13th of September 2023, where an International Blended Seminar on “Skills for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion” was organized.
